For the best patties go to any Juici Patties location. There are many locations around the island. Patty and Coco-bread is a staple for most Jamaicans. The meal is filling, yummy and economically friendly. For a vegetarian option try the veggie loaf. Chicken, beef, cheese and shrimp patties are my favorite! Cost Range: $
