Celtic cross, ancient yew trees and a lovely church. Close to Nevern castle ruins for lovely river and woodland walks.

A beautiful church in a magical setting. Some treasures to be found including the Celtic cross in the graveyard.

So close and has so very much history. The 13th Celtic Cross is one of the best of it's kind. The Ogham writing on the windowsill is a rarity. The Yews that "bleed" red sap at Easter are famous. The Norman Church is beautiful and old tombs very interesting. It is close to the Nevern Motte and Bailey and also the ancient cross carved in the rocks on The Pilgrim's Way. The route that monks took from Caldey Island to St. David's Cathedral each year. Also close to amazing woodlands that become carpets of bluebells.
