At the highest point of Athens and the best panoramic view! You can't write much to touch something of the beauty that this place offers! Experience that I highly recommend to all those who have not climbed !!

Mount Lycabettus, also known as Lycabettos, Lykabettos or Lykavittos, is a Cretaceous limestone hill in Athens, Greece at 300 meters above sea level. Pine trees cover its base, and at its two peaks are the 19th century Chapel of St. George, a theatre, and a restaurant

You have to „climb“ a bit but it is absolutely the most breathtaking place in Athens! Definitely worth it!

History Museum
“Really interesting museum with all the history of Athens and what felt like the whole of ancient Greece. Definitely worth a visit as it houses all the most fascinating relics from all the sites and ruins of Athens. You can view the Antikythera Mechanism, statues of Zeus, busts of Hadrian, gold of ancient warlords, and more. You will need at least 3 hours here to view everything and read about your favorite exhibits.”

“The National Garden is a public park of 15.5 hectares (38 acres) in the center of Αthens, behind the Greek Parliament building. The Royal Garden was commissioned by Queen Amalia in 1838 and completed by 1840. It was designed by the German agronomist Friedrich Schmidt who imported over 500 species of plants and a variety of animals including peacocks, ducks, and turtles. It is open to the public from sunrise to sunset.”

“An extraordinary place, nothing similar in and entire world. You can feel the vibes of energy in all these areas around Parthenon. Also take your binoculars for the discovery of the entire Athens, as the 360 view is up to the sea!”

Track Stadium
“Panathenaic links us back to the history of Athens and the pilgrimage along the Panathenaic way that took pilgrims to The Acropolis to worship Athena. This is the only stadium in the entire world that has its entire structure made of marble. The marble used for this structure was quarried from the same place where they got the marble for the Parthenon and Acropolis too.”
