They have shows, art, and have hosted the Tacoma night market. And a very large courtyard setting. It’s a cool setup with some art installations and a good place to take kids.

If you're looking for the quintessential northwest hipster coffee shop experience, but you don't want to travel all the way to Seattle, this place is for you. The food is excellent, though a bit experimental, and the decor and interior cladding is mostly glossy plywood. Expect to see lots of beanies, high-water skinny chinos, and oversized spectacles at this hipster Mecca. But even if you don't like hipsters, this place really does offer a great, off-the-beaten-track dining experience at a reasonable price.
