Nice spot with a cool outlook. ha - some might say it's industrial chic. It's right next to the Ferry terminal.

Perfect place for a drink Before or after a walk along the board walk to see Historic mill house and the cottage. Watch the sun go down , the ferry come and go , the airforce planes fly over and the water go in and out with the tide !

A 700m stroll to Fabric Cafe, nestled on the water's edge, next to the ferry jetty, overlooking Catalina Bay. Excellent coffee, but also amazing for food at any time of the day.
