If you are a little avgeek like us; there's lovely afternoons you could spend in the aeropark, visiting historical aircraft or simply have a picknick while spotting planes on landing and take off at East Midlands airport.

A must-see for any plane enthusiasts this outdoor museum has lots of old and new exhibits, and is right next to East Midlands Airport so plenty of opportunity for plane spotting!
