Thousands of people take the ferry out to stand at the base of Lady Liberty every day, but only those who book months in advance can get tickets to actually climb the winding staircase to the top to peer out of the crown’s tiny windows. Ask for the Junior Ranger booklet, which allows kids to collect badges as they explore. It’s a great motivator! Make the climb to the crown easier on you and your kids by stashing snacks, jackets, and backpacks in the lockers at the crown/pedestal check-in before you begin the 20-story climb!
A beautiful monument to New York and the promise of America. Get tickets in advance if you’re interested.
Local tip: skip the island tour and grab the Staten Island ferry instead for a free view of the statue
A must-see while visiting NYC, the Statue of Liberty is just one hour away! Tickets to tour Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty is available on the Statue of Liberty's website. Crown Access is currently unavailable. Proof of Vaccination not required, masks required.
You can take a ferry to see it, or jump on a sightseeing cruise which does the same trick :-)

“A walk, peddle, or carriage ride through the crisscrossing pathways of Central Park is a must-do on anyone's New York City itinerary. In winter, you can even lace up your skates and glide across Wollman Rink. This huge park in the city center, a half-mile wide and 2.5 miles long, is one of the things that makes New York such a beautiful and livable city. Besides being a great place to experience a little nature, Central Park has many attractions within its borders, and most of them are free, making it one of the few cheap things to do in NYC. Some of the most popular places to visit include the Belvedere Castle, Strawberry Fields, the Central Park Zoo, and the Lake. If you are exploring the park on your own, start by picking up a map at one of the visitor centers and plot your routing.”

“Times Square is the most iconic area of the city. While it is always crowded, first time visitors shouldn't miss the bright lights. This location is even more exciting after the sun goes down and you can really appreciate all the chaos.”
