Fab walk along the shoreline to get here, but beware of the tide (you can walk along the road if it comes in, but beware if you have children as it can be busy) Amazing outlook across the estuary.

Pub / restaurant in the most amazing location, on the banks of the river Teign. Fabulous spot for watching the incredible sunsets. There is a jetty which all the children crab off, as well as a tiny shoreline beach to throw pebbles from. Ask for a seat in the conservatory for the best views of Bishopsteignton from the other side of the river. Food has been variable - sometimes amazing and sometimes not so. Definitely worth going for a drink and the view (and to laugh at the water-skiers trying to do the jump right by the windows).

Great restaurant on the way to Shaldon. Good selection of food. Lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy cocktails overlooking the estuary.
