Easy way to access Mount Everett summit without all the heavy duty hiking. Drive to parking lot and walk from there Lovely in late June Mountain Laurel in full bloom

Hike or drive up the road to Guilder Pond, where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a walk around the pond. For those wanting more of a hike, follow the 3/4-mile trail to the summit of Mount Everett — you'll be rewarded with a spectacular 360-degree view of the Tri-state area.
