Thomas Jonathan "Stonewall" Jackson died in an outbuilding on the Chandler plantation in the rural community of Guinea Station. Today, the "Stonewall" Jackson Death Site is part of Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park. The building is open most days seasonally, but the grounds are open daily from sunrise to sunset.”
