S&V (Swine & Vine) was founded in 2018 and started on Lancaster Street in Kitchener by Mica & Jill Sadler. It began as a charcuterie and tapas style restaurant with a creative cocktail program and was dedicated to exceptional guest experience. In 2021 S&V moved locations to Uptown Waterloo, expanding their footprint but sticking to their core values and mission of providing an excellent dining experience for guests through creative dishes & cocktails.
