The second-largest art museum in New York City, and one of the largest in the United States!

This is one of my favorite museums in New York. Don’t forget to check out Prospect Park after you visit the museum.
This smallish art museum is housed in a beautiful building worth walking to just to take in the architecture. There is a fairly frequent rotation of exhibitions that aim to cast a wide net, so check out what's currently on exhibition and see if it appeals to you!
Always showcasing great for old and new artist. great historic pieces as well such as Sumarian tablets and the Egyptian exhibits. Also this museum host a party every first Saturday( due to Covid it is not hosting this event but will be once its safe) great for adults to meet and mingle with locals.
Be sure to book tickets in advance. Recent exhibits include Andy Warhol and Christian Dior. Walk 15 minutes to the museum or take the shuttle from the Franklin stop!
It’s Brooklyn and you feel it. The First Friday of every month is very and fun. Close to Prospect Park.
Unique location next to the Botanical gardens, Prospect park, and the Brooklyn library. All these interesting places are walking distance from this location.
The Brooklyn Museum is an art museum located in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. At 560,000 square feet, the museum is New York City's third largest in physical size and holds an art collection with roughly 1.5 million works.
