Um þennan stað
Hudson Hall is a Beer Hall and Smoke House, with a menu focused on the Eastern European (and American) flavors derived from the age-old skills of smoking, pickling and fermenting, applied expertly to meats, fish, cheeses and vegetables. Its charcuterie, seafood, salads, sandwiches and platters are paired with a select list of draught and bottled beers, Old and New World wines, and cocktails.
Draft hour serving craft brews & Eastern European–inspired fare including house-smoked meats. Alcohol, Beer, Cocktails, Spirits, Wine Coffee, Comfort food, Late-night food, Quick bite, Small plates Dancing
I like sitting in the side, open air bar on the corner, but the inside is quite large.
Hudson Hall is a popular restaurant that features an on-site smoker right out in the dining area and a menu full of smoked-meat dishes. There is also a large bar, a projection screen usually showing some sports event, and often a live band.

“Jersey city’s own distillery for vodka and gin. Fun and affordable tastings. Quick Uber ride.”

“Charleston was the inspiration for this light and bright — and very on-trend — restaurant and bar. There are obviously Southern dishes like deviled eggs and sweet corn fritters on the menu, but there’s also a firmly updated take, such as with the vegan coconut Carolina rice. Owner Mat Kopec (White Star Bar) recruited One if by Land, Two if by Sea chef John Mecca to help execute what is admittedly a concept inspired by “the theater of a Keith McNally restaurant” and “Danny Meyer hospitality.””
