This paved trail crosses college 100 feet south...just walk out to College Ave, go south towards downtown and just before the canal is the trail.

Nice well maintained walking / biking / running trail built over old railroad tracks. The trail takes you south through the neighborhood to downtown, or north to Roseburg Square and Roosevelt Park.
