There is a reason why there are thousands of pictures of Mt. Shuksan everywhere. You've got to go see it with your own eyes.

Picture Lake on Mt. Baker is a must see. It’s an easy 0.5 mile ADA accessible flat walk around the lake on a well maintained path. Views of Mt. Shuksan across the lake make a picture perfect vista.

The most photographed lake in the US is only a short 20-minute drive from the cabin! On a calm sunny day, the reflection of Mount Shuksan off the still waters can't be missed! Keep in mind the lake is frozen and snow-covered in winter and early spring so there will be no reflection, though the view of Mount Shuksan is worth it either way!

Scenic stop on the way to Artist Point. Easily accessible from the road for a quick walk especially for non-hikers. Beautiful spot for a sunset when weather is good.
