The Stonemill is just a short drive out of Monmouth and is worth the trip for the fabulous fine dining and beautiful interior. Sunday lunch is especially good!

Wonderful restored barn with a complete cider mill apple press in the centre. High quality food at average prices. Listed in the Michelin Guide but it won't break the bank. Ideal for that special occation.

Highly recommended as this place has it all. Excellent food, quirky interior beautifully done and outstanding service. There's a reason why they been awarded two AA rosettes and are listed all the major eating out guides, including Michelin, Les Routiers, The Good Food Guide, Hardens and Time Out. Slightly further to travel than some of the other places listed (11 miles) but defo worth the trek if you're a foodie, celebrating a special occasion or just love quirky places done beautifully :)
