Just 5 minutes away. Open daily with free admission. See baby trout raised to adult to be released into our surrounding area streams. Great fun for family or anyone interested in our state trout program. Enjoy a short educational hike along a nature trail along the creekbed

Turn left onto SR 690 to Montebello Fish Hatchery. A small parking lot for hikers is available beyond the hatchery buildings.Follow the trail for approximately .9 miles until it intersects the Appalachian Trail (white blazed). Turn left (north) on the AT and follow it about .7 miles to the small side trail to Spy Rock.
