Upscale yet casual Savoury’s is the best restaurant in town. Black lacquered tables and contemporary art create tranquil window dressing for dishes like caramelized pork chop prepared with Sierra cider, pan-seared scallops with ginger and orange zest, Cajun-spiced New York steak with pan-seared onions, and crab cakes with cilantro-lime aioli.
