The owner is from south Louisiana so she knows how to cook it and how to add the spices. Can get crowded in main dining room during peak times, check building next door for second dining room. Call ahead for times they serve boiled craw fish.

A colorful, spirited dive with delicious po' boys and hushpuppies (among other great menu items.) Reasonably priced, friendly servers, a great homage to New Orleans right in HSV!

Excellent Family Owned New Orleans Style Restaurant! My favorite meal in town is the Hot Sausage Poboy with Seafood Gumbo and their signature "Hot Damn Sauce"
