Good golf course, fab cafes and restaurants, lots of lovely little shops and a beach/The Parrog/Newport sands
An attractive and bustling coastal town with interesting shops and a variety of places to eat.
Blas at Fronlas is a trusty cafe I always go to. Perfect for brunch, morning coffee with home made baked goods and family lunches. In the evening it puts on its Tapas hat and holds live entertainment from local musicians.
Explore the tiny centre for a suprising amount of lovely shops including health store, antinques, gifts, a wonderful butcher, chemist and small supermarket.

“Superb for fresh baked bread, cakes and delicatessen products. Get there early to avoid disappointment!”

“Fabulous Balcony views!! This little cafe has a balcony out at the back which is suspended above the Tenby harbour and North Beach with amazing views of the harbour and beach scene. They do some lovely greek style food and the garlic mushrooms are to die for!!! It is a coffee and cake house too and their coffee is really good! Its a popular spot but worth waiting for a seat - and if you can get out on the small balcony even better!! ”

“This is part of a lovely walk that takes in the Teifi river, the gorge, wetlands and woods. This section is between the old bridge and the gorge where the old quarries were. It's flat, there's an off shoot of a circular path where you can stop off in bird hides and see all sorts - including buffalo from Easter to September. There's a very good cafe with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. You can hire canoes from here too.”

“Welcome stop when walking Coast Path. Flat walk from Wiseman's Bridge through 3 little old miners tunnels to Saundersfoot with coastal views - takes about half hour and suitable for children and wheelchairs.”
