“Elixir is my favorite restaurant in White River Junction. The food and service are great. The owner knows how to host, and the bar is convivial. It's tucked away in the slightly industrial part of the village and was established just before the town transformed into a Bohemian mecca. Definitely make reservations. $$$”

“Great for families in funky White River Junction. This place is always packed, so expect a bit of a wait, but well worth it! Incredible beer menu, really interesting tacos (my fav: the chill -- raw ahi tuna with wonton crisps and a spicy sauce), and a cool atmosphere (surf and ski movies on the big screens, shuffleboard, a climbing wall that I have ever seen anyone climb as it is horizontal) make this place a favorite hangout. ”

“When you take the necessary trip to quaint Woodstock, pop into Mount Vert. Great coffee, yummy pastries, delish breakfast and lunch. A perfect break before you head into Yankee Books, up Mount Tom, or to the Woodstock Inn Spa for a massage!”
