One of the most famous memorial complexes in Kiev is the Park of Eternal Glory. It is located on a steep Dnieper slope, from which a magnificent panorama opens up overlooking the capital. The full name of this park is as follows - Park of Eternal Glory to the Soldiers of the Great Patriotic War. The park area is 9.5 hectares. On its territory, you will not find attractions, retail outlets, various cafes, mini-restaurants or bars familiar to most of us. The park contains only monuments and monuments built in honor of those who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the Fatherland.
