Delicious steak and burgers in a beautiful rustic environment with a farm shop right next door. Definitely worth a visit - if you check in advance they also do night markets with live music and street food vendors.

The Steak Barn is a unique dining experience and will certainly not disappoint! This former sawmill clings to its rustic past with walls of potato boxes and rough hewn communal tables made of wind blown beech from the estate; all cut and made on the farm by our resident joiner. The menu: Steaks, hung for no less than 28 days, burgers and sausages made here in our butchery, all cooked to order on our massive wood-fired BBQ. Add twice fried chips, or crispy beer battered onion rings, wine and local beer and enjoy. Complete the experience a little something sweet and perhaps a wee espresso. Be sure to check out their menus online and start dreaming about their ever-changing selection of cuts supplied directly from The Butchery.

A barn made out of potato boxes. This is a great place to come at any time of day. Once inside you will have no idea of the time! turn up early as they don't take bookings and there can be quite a wait - but if are a true carnivore you shall love it!
