The Yacht Club District of Cape Coral is located 6 miles from Happy Villa. This historic area is Cape Coral's original waterfront landmark. Amenities include a public beach on the Caloosahatchee River with picnic shelters and BBQ grills, the Yacht Club Community Pool (small fee), a Marina, Boat Ramps, and a Fishing Pier. The park also encompasses the Boathouse Tiki Bar & Waterfront Grill, tennis courts with a pro shop, racquetball courts, shuffleboard courts, and a beach playground area. Parking is FREE! Please Note: This beach is a wonderful option for an afternoon of sand & sun or watching the sunset if you plan to stay local, however it is a smaller community beach on the RIVER leading to the Gulf (Don't expect aqua blue water lol). If looking for pristine white sandy beaches on the ocean, plan for a day trip to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island.

The Cape Coral Yacht Club has a small beach and playground area. The water is a combination of river water from the Calooshatchee River and salt water from the gulf, called brackish water. Pack a cooler or visit the restaurant next to the beach for lunch or drinks.

Walking distance. Convenient beach on the Caloosahatchee River. The Tiki Boathouse bar/ restaurant is on the same property. The Yacht club is also on the property offering tennis, pickle ball and a public swimming pool.
