The area around her might seem a bit seedy, but it's actually not too bad relative to other parts of Oakland. Chai Thai Noodle is probably the most popular Thai restaurant in Oakland. My family can't get away from ordering the Papaya Salad, Rice Salad (if you love carbs and never had it, then it's a must try), and Crab Fried Rice.

Hands-down my favorite Thai restaurant in Oakland. Amazing service & cute atmosphere. Their pad thai is amazing, as well as their pumpkin curry!
