Fav place ever! Walk down to Sandsend along the beach and grab a taxi back. Alex has created something truly unique to the area, his east coast tasting evenings are a real treat, fresh locally sourced food with attention to detail. Bridge cottage bistro is my choice every time.

You can have a lovely meal at Bridge Cottage Bistro in Sandsend. Every Friday night they have an 'East Coast Tasting Menu' for £38. Superb food so I would recommend having a look online.

Innovative chef using local produce. Check for special theme nights. Only about twelve minutes drive from Groves Hall. Overlooking the Beck at Sandsend
