Many acres of peaceful woodland, ponds and rivers, ideal for bird spotting or wildlife watching. Most of the walks are easy and offer lovely views. The cafe is great and the enormous willow badger is a sight to behold!

“This is just to the south of Cardigan. A huge expanse of sand alongside the Teifi River Estuary. Follow the signs for St Dogmaels as you approach Cardigan. There is parking and a café on the beach here. The coast path begins (or ends) here. ”

“If you park at Pwyllgwaelod you will have a choice of walks. You can follow the coastal path around Dinas Head a very satisfying circular walk that isn’t too long, or you can set off anti-clockwise and just walk a mile on the tarmac path to a pretty little beach at Cym-yr-Eglwys and enjoy an ice cream sitting on one of the benches. You can get lunch at the pub in Pwyllgwaelod, which has a garden overlooking the beach ”
