It's located on the 10th floor (where many other restaurants are) of the shopping mall called Tokyu Ginza Plaza. If you are lucky to sit by windows, you will have a nice Tokyo night view. The restaurant offer extensive udon menu with some side dishes. They are served in large ceramic bowls which you can order different serving sizes. Great restaurant, great food, great view!
