Liberty Park’s 8-acre aviary offers exhibits, shows & encounters where guests can view & feed birds. There's more here than one realizes and is a simply pleasant place.
In the middle of Liberty park and close to downtown, many great species of birds to view and opportunities for bird feedings. Another AZA accredited facility.
Located within Liberty Park in an amazing and very walkable area, we highly recommend Tracy Aviary. This place is complete tranquility with rescued birds, shows, and a cafe. Very beautiful and the birds are all very well taken care of. Some roam freely on the property!
This is a fun destination for all ages. Even adults will love seeing birds up close and personal in one of their feedings, encounters or bird shows. The scenery is relaxing and beautiful.

African Savanna features the grasslands, with habitats for zebra, giraffes, ostriches, and more. Additionally, the return of lions featuring floor-to-ceiling viewing allowing guests to get nose-to-nose with the King of Beasts. See all that the African Savanna has in store for you and your family, as well as a host of other popular attractions such as Rocky Shores, Elephant Encounter, Asian Highlands and the kid-friendly Tidewater Cove splash area.”

“This Utah state park, located near Hogle Zoo and the mouth of Emigration Canyon, encourages visitors to step back in time and see Utah during its early settlement stages. The experience at this family-friendly attraction is educational, entertaining, and non-denominational. Led by a man named Brigham Young, pioneers arrived in the Great Salt Lake valley on July 24, 1847. Brigham Young, who was suffering from altitude sickness, looked out at the valley from the back of his wagon and declared, "This is the right place. Drive on." The Park's "Heritage Village" represents the pioneers' early settlements in the Utah territory. ”
