This is my go-to grocery store. It is a natural food store that offers groceries, supplements, personal care items, prepared foods, and a self-serve deli. With my love for healthy eating and quality food this is a regular place both to eat and shop. This is a family-owned business which was started in Hamilton and now offers 9 stores within Ontario (including two in Hamilton - there is a much smaller location on Locke Street South as well).
