Great views of the river and a walking bridge to Indiana that goes across the river.
Louisville Waterfront Park always has much to offer, from a riverfront walk to rental bikes, to walking across the "Big Four Bridge" into Indiana (it's beautiful up there), to just throwing down a blanket and enjoying the day away.
Perfect for families or solo adventurers. There's a large path for those who want to run or walk through the park, as well as large and lazy wooden swings and a full playground with water park for children.
The Great Lawn is a beautiful place to take kids and family and hangout for the day. Walk, ride bicycles, or sit by the river. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Great view of the city, Ohio river, and Indiana.
Waterfront park is a great place for a walk or run. It has playgrounds, splash parks, a monument/memorial to Abraham Lincoln and now a walking bridge that connects to downtown Jeffersonville.
