The same year that prohibition was repealed (1933) the Bar-X opened its doors. Using the same bar and recipes from that era, we have tried to create a classic speakeasy feel with a few modern touches. We use fresh juices and quality liquors to give you a great cocktail.

Located in downtown Salt Lake City, Bar X opened its doors following the end of Prohibition in 1933. It maintains some of the early decor to pay tribute to the early speakeasy style cocktail bars.
A super fun bar that has low key feel to it. Local tip: there is one of the best food trucks that sets up outside this place later at night on weekends and maybe on Thursdays.
