Located downtown. Copper Onion offers a buzzy selection serving locally sourced New American fare, cocktails & brunch in a modern setting. Serves a wide array of vegetable side dishes and a menu designed to explore and share, with plates such as Ricotta dumplings with lemon, sage and brown butter…

Me and my husband love going here for celebration dinners! I typically get the beef stroganoff and ricotta dumplings and my husband enjoys the Copper Burger!

More of an upscale bistro type restaurant that is delicious and highly recommended.

The Copper Onion is an elegant dining establishment with a lively environment, incredible taste with unique options, and amazing service. The bone marrow is one of my favorites so be sure to stop by!

“This is probably the best spot to take a group. New american style small plates to share. Good cocktails. Nice, enjoyable scene! Parking is a bit of a hassle on Main St - so consider Lyft!”

“From "City Weekly" article: There are a couple of things to know right off the bat about the “new” Bar-X. Yes, you can still get the infamous tankards full of Bud or Bud Light for cheap, but you can also get them filled with a selection of local microbrews for not much more. And yes, there is a menu of $9 specialty cocktails that will make hardheaded patrons of the old beer-only Bar-X cringe. But once you taste drinks like the Sazarac—rye whiskey, sugar, Peychaud’s bitters, served in an absinthe-coated glass—you realize those cocktails are totally worth the money. Co-owner Jeff Barnard compares the handcrafted cocktails to buying something at Tulie Bakery versus a grocery-store bakery: “The time and care are different, as is the price. We put all this love into the cocktail.”

“This is hands down the best Sushi in Salt Lake City. Great location and atmosphere downtown. Try the Cruncy Ebi and you won't be sorry! You will also be interested to know that the owners are neighbors! 4.5 stars on Yelp (give it 5 for me). ”

“If you like a little cajun food and you love beer then this is the place. They have a huge worldwide beer selection and the cajun and other foods are really good. If you're lucky they may also have a good band playing as well. ”
