Nature reserve by the sea. Small animals, birds, butterflies, insects. Open to public. Take bus nr 6 from Södervärn to: Bunkeflostrand Ängslätt (ca 25 minutes). Walk in bus' direction and on your right into street: Södra vägen, follow it straight for ca 10 minutes.

Bunkeflo Strandängar in 2006 become Malmö's first nature reserve. There are about 300 different plants, including some unique and rare species such as Danish iris and pimpinella. The wildlife is represented by around 450 different species of birds butterflies and insects. Many migratory birds on the way south stops every year in this reserve. In the north, towards the Stenoren, you can regularly find waders like tassel, beach skate and red legs, as well as more common ducks and gulls.
