This is one of my favorite museums in Little Rock. Admission to the main museum is free, and living history tours are modestly priced. Come see paintings, silver, furniture, and other native arts, including a large permanent exhibition devoted to the Native American tribes who were among Arkansas's first residents. The grounds offer preserved buildings from the state's territorial days. They frequently have events for children and families, and on the 2nd Friday of each month from 5 to 8 they have free libations and live music.

Amazing collection of historic Arkansas relics and history. Restored and gather buildings from the 1830's territorial period. Excellent exhibits.

The museum shop is a great one-stop-shop for Arkansas-related gifts. Also check out the historic buildings with in-character actors on-site!

Historic Arkansas homes that house Arkansas made treasures. This is a great stop for learning about Arkansas's rich cultural history.
