This is one of my favorite spots to cool off in the ocean and swim alongside my aumakua (ah-ow-mah-koo-ah), my ancestor spirit in animal form. The honu (hoh-noo) sea turtle is my aumakua, they come to me often when I am there. They are beautiful creatures that are protected under the endangered species act, so please be respectful with the laws that pertain to them.
