Opera, classical concerts as well as established musicians play here. Good family shows on too, and traditional Christmas concerts during December. Usually excellent discounts for students and under 25s too, if you ask.

Glasgow Royal Concert Hall is at the heart of Glasgow UNESCO City of Music. The venue hosts shows by a who’s who of pop and rock superstars and is the home to Scotland’s national orchestra, the RSNO. From the classic 2,000 seater Main Auditorium, to Late Night Studio Jazz in the intimate City of Music Studio, and a range of break out spaces, Glasgow Royal Concert Hall offers so much to enjoy, all in one iconic building. Since 2015, the venue’s New Auditorium with its state of the art acoustics has provided an exciting new space for artists and audiences.
