The absolute best cocktail bar in the city! It is quite small and cozy and very popular so I would recommend going there on a weekday.

An enterprise inspired by Ernest Hemingway, a famous patron of bars who lent his name to more than a few cocktails. He famously improved many recipes, which is why bars throughout the world today prepare cocktails such as the Hemingway Daiquiri and his Papa Dobl.

The Hemingway Bar is definitely the domain of first-class cocktails, which are only made from premium and ultra premium products and fresh fruit juices.
