Built in 1938, the Tower Theatre is a Sacramento landmark that is the oldest remaining, continuously running picture palace. Located in the heart of the Broadway District, The Tower has had the honor to showcase some of Sacramento’s finest local filmmaker premieres by hosting Colin Hank’s ALL THINGS MUST PAST in 2015 and Greta Gerwig’s LADY BIRD in 2017. Dedicated to bringing the finest in independent, foreign, and specialty film to Sacramento's film lovers, guests may also enjoy craft beverages and bites before, during or after the film.

One of Sacramento's few remaining movie palaces. Opened in 1938, it is an art deco jewel. It plays mostly art films but occasionally other things.
