My favorite trailhead nearby to get a great view of Denver's skyline. Experienced climbers enjoy scaling the top of the mesa. Geology nerds love searching for minerals on this flat cap created from ancient lava flows. Learn more about it's formation at the Mines Museum of Earth Science nearby.

7 miles away. Scenic, sprawling mesa park formed by ancient lava flows provides hiking, panoramic views & native wildlife. The parking lot is paved at this entrance and easier to find. It's the same North Table Mountain Park just the West side entrance.
