Several locations: Snooze is a favorite for so many people that the waits are long. If you get in (reservation) try the 'OMG French Toast' or anything on the menu.
Fans of pancakes and waffles love this place, it's a sweet breakfast delight. While I prefer savory myself, I cannot get enough of their brioche French toast. It's a crime that everything doesn't taste that good! Make sure you get an order for the table.
My favorite breakfast place in town. Typically they have a significant wait, so I like to get my name in and walk around the Pearl Street Mall. This is a good option if you are not in a rush. My favorite is the Eggs Benedict, but it is all delicious.

“Lucile’s Restaurant was established in 1980, by myself and my mother, Lucile Richards. We developed a Creole menu shortly thereafter and shifted the restaurant’s goals to becoming the nation’s premier brunch restaurant. Lucile’s first chef received his training from the famous New Orleans restaurant, “Commanders Palace.” A breakfast and lunch restaurant serving a Creole theme had never been attempted before in Colorado. However, within a brief period, Lucile’s had made its mark with such unique meals as “Cajun Breakfast” (red beans, poached eggs, hollandaise and grits) and “Eggs New Orleans” (fried eggplant, poached eggs, creole spice and hollandaise).”

“I have a special place in my heart for the Laughing Goat. The owner and I go way back when he drummed for a dance ensemble I was with. Great coffee and pastries, lots of space, live music and poetry at night. It's a Boulder classic.”

With locations across America in the heart of each city, the group is focused on preparing real food at every price point and sourcing food from American farmers. Its sister concepts, Next Door and Hedge Row, employ hundreds of people with mission-driven jobs. Each restaurant donates back to our sister non-profit, Big Green, which builds a healthier future for kids by connecting them to real food through a nationwide network of Learning Gardens and food literacy program.”
