The best restaurant concept in town, the food is served by the blind to support a good cause. Blanc Dining is a fine dining restaurant served by the deaf and mute. These restaurants serve great food and the most amazing & sweet staff ever

Dining in the Dark is a unique one-of-a-kind experience. Eat in complete darkness while being served by visually impaired/blind staff. The food is great and it's definitely a strange, yet amazing experience and very worth the price tag! An unforgettable night and a great cause.

The unique concept was developed by visually impaired people, who have their life shaped by senses but sight. So, to us whose five senses can function well when sight doesn’t dominate anymore, how can we feel our surrounding world by the others? The experience is definitely worth a try in such a restaurant in District 1. Besides the great experience, the dishes here will not let you down. To be more detailed, they will be served in a multi-course meal. Each features a small portion, is well decorated, and tastes really good. If you are vegetarian or have any special requests about the food, confirm it with the staff so that they can serve you the best. Another special thing about Noir. Dining in the Dark is that all staff are visually impaired people in Ho Chi Minh city. On coming here for your meal, all you need to do is to be prepared to give up your sight for a short time, have your mind totally open to exploring the exciting sensory experience, and be willing to leave your phone and other light-emitting devices in the secure lockers.
