New, massively impressive swimming pool, gym, sports hall. Lots of varied sports activities. Wide variety of entertainment something for everyone, singing, dance, theatre and so much more. Definitely, a must to visit.

The Sands has a large stage and often hosts comedians, pantos, classical music, theatre, live bands, all sorts!

The Sands centre is in the centre of Carlisle, there is a gym and exercise classes on everyday. They also have great entertainment, like comedians pop groups, ballet and lots more www.thesandscentre.co.uk
