Never thought we'd highlight a reservoir but this place is great! The drive over the Denbigh Moors is gorgeous, the food at the visitor centre is good and the walk/ride around the reservoir is really interesting...

Lovely walks around the Brenig and Llyn Alwen with sailing, kayaking etc go online and look for llyn Brenig Water activities to book in advance

Beautiful place for walking , cycling ,boat hire , fishing, lovely visitors centre with gift shop with live footage of the rare osprey nest
