Camperdown Memorial Rest Park

Tranquil public park offering open green spaces, shaded playgrounds & an off-leash dog area.
Bring a picnic and sit and people-watch the locals. You will be visited by many dogs.
Commonly and locally known as Camperdown Dog Park many locals spend their evenings or weekends picnicking with their dogs. If you love dogs of all shapes and sizes it's a very social park and next to the historic St Stephens Church also worth a visit.
If you're looking to have a relaxing afternoon, I highly recommend strolling down to the Camperdown Rest Park. Bring a picnic, your dog, or just a beer to people and dog watch and lie in the park for a cruisey afternoon.

“a 10 minute stroll will get you to the Enmore Theatre. A well known venue for music, comedy and many shows. Right in the middle of Enmore Road, a bustling street full of bars, pubs, and an endless variety of restaurants offering food from all over the world...Thai, Greek, Italian, Chinese dumplings, Indian, Egyptian, and Pakistani food. The most amazing selection as you desire.”

“If you don't want to queue outside this burger bar that's more popular than a pop-up puppy party catered by Messina, timing is everything. Get in early for any chance at a table, or wait until the dinner rush has worn off – well after 9pm, but there are still no guarantees. Territory is hard won here so barricade yourself in with baskets of fried chicken and bottles of natural wine (ask for the list from behind the bar) once you get a seat.”
