Paved biking / walking trail, branches off Beltline trail, connects to downtown Atl, Inman Park, Old 4th Ward, Candler Park, VA Highlands, Little 5 Points, MLK Jr Natl Historic Site.
Freedom Park Trail is accessible from the building. It's a great place to catch a bit of nature while exercising. You can access the Beltline via Freedom Park Trail.
A great trail to run or walk. There is an access point one block away, across the street from Highland Bakery.

“Amazing pizza and wings! This place can double as a bar as well due to it's smokey and rough around the edges vibe!”

“Go here if you are on a budget for sushi - there is a 50% Scoutmob that I use every time it comes up. Worth it!”

“Freedom Park is what's across the street from this relaxed, funky Mexican café and bar with a patio”

“Awesome food + affordable drinks on the Beltline. If you want to enjoy your trip like a authentic local ATLien (and "Beltliner") you will want to try Bantam Pub's! Their ever-changing menu puts a Southern spin on New American cuisine. Bantam's Staples include BBQ Pork (they even have at annual pig roast), Duck Legs, Bratwursts, and the infamous Bantam Burger and Bantam Chicken Sandwich. They also have a Weekend Brunch, which would be the perfect opportunity for you to do some great people-watching of those on the Beltline. The outside eating area has large tables to accommodate large crowds and an outdoor fireplace. They are a great place to gather with the ATL locals. Dog-Friendly too!”

“This religiously irreverent bar is covered head to toe in what can only be called hard core sacrilege. If you are offended by such, stay away. But if not, prepare to laugh. Nothing fancy in terms of cocktails. Cheap beer and highballs. 10 minute walk.”
