Open until 8pm on weekends and National Holidays for much of the year outside of winter. Admission: Entry is only 150 yen (free for over 65's) Access: JR Loop Line, 400 meters from the Chuo Exit of Tennoji Station Exits 15 & 16 from the Tanimachi Line and Exit 5 from the Midosuji Line of the Osaka subway. West gate of Kintetsu Abenobashi Station and the city bus Abenobashi and Tennoji Ekimae stops on the Hankai Uemachi Line. Close to Tennoji park. Little, calm park hidden next to Tennoji Park (Tenshiba). Entrance only costs 150yen . Can't enter after 16:00, so be sure to go there in time!

A formal Japanese Chisen-kaiyushiki garden (Japanese garden with a pond in the center) within the Tennoji Park. The garden creates a landscape that is full of variety, with artificial hills in three directions. The walking path, steppingstones and bridges are strategically placed, and there are also a teahouse, a summerhouse, a gazebo, etc.
