Scratches is a cozy little place to stop and sip some coffee and grab on of their delicious cupcakes. With indoor and outdoor seating you can enjoy the comforts of their couches inside or enjoys the sights of Main St in Ephrata on the porch outside.

Scratch is not just cupcakes! They have really great food from breakfast and lunch sandwiches to yummy desserts. Not only do I love the food, but I love the atmosphere; from sitting on the cozy couch or eating out on the porch. It's lovely!
