This bar is on the rooftop of the shopping center, just opposite St. Paul's cathedral. I recommend going there just to see the view. You don't have to order anything as the bar is just part of the rooftop, the rest belongs to the shopping mall.

On the top of the shopping Mall, you will find this roof-top bar with a very nice view over London. You can just go on the top to see the view, but their wine are pretty good and good price.
