Situated at the end of a narrow track with passing places, this restaurant is a real find! It is rather like sitting on the deck of a ship, with fantastic views of the sea below it, and the hills behind. From here it is possible to walk down a flight of steps onto the beach itself, where there is a beach cafe. You can also walk along a path through banana plantations either back to Puerto de la Cruz or on to one of the other more secluded beaches along the coast. The menu here is made up of great tapas, meat and seafood dishes and excellent local wines. By all means ask to share (compartir) dishes, so you can have a taste of everything. If the pork croquetas are on the menu they are a must try!
